So Sundays are dad’s turn to try his hand…and frozen pizza it was. Now don’t laugh and dismiss the idea as an easy solution.
Hubby likes to invest his time and creativity when it comes to the basic frozens. First with the olive oil and garlic powder he places on the baking sheet so that the crust will be special. Next are the onions, mushrooms and any other vegetables we have lying around, fried with (lord-help-my-diet) butter, topped with spices.
I dare say it’s better than most pizza’s we’ve ordered in the past, at just the fraction of the price.
Diet starting again tomorrow, promise!
